Key Responsibilities
- Respond swiftly to guest needs by delivering requested items such as toiletries, pillows, towels, rollaway beds, and cribs with care and professionalism.
- Offer expert shoe care services by collecting, cleaning, shining, and returning guests’ shoes attentively and precisely.
- Keep housekeeping storerooms, closets, and offices clean, organized, and stocked adequately to ensure smooth operational support.
- Prepare and store guest amenities including rollaway beds and cribs, maintaining their readiness and cleanliness for guest use.
