Job Overview

The Food and Beverage team seeks a skilled Guest Relations Executive to enhance guest experiences at this luxury resort. The role involves managing the hostess desk, assisting with dining reservations, handling guest inquiries and complaints swiftly, and ensuring guest privacy with strict confidentiality of data.

Key Duties

• Maintain continuous presence at the hostess desk, warmly welcoming guests and providing escort services while possessing thorough knowledge of menus to assist with queries.
• Coordinate restaurant bookings and manage special guest requests following established SOPs and checklists to guarantee accuracy.
• Respond promptly to guest issues, gather feedback to foster satisfaction and drive service improvement.
• Uphold guest confidentiality by strictly maintaining privacy protocols and documenting guest data and history precisely.
• Stay informed on dining room arrangements including layouts, table assignments, station locations, and staff present during shifts.
• Contribute to team efforts by supporting training, maintaining cleanliness, assisting in inventory, and following Jumeirah standards to deliver premium service.

Candidate Profile

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Micros and Epicure Restaurant Reservation systems.
• Completed secondary education or high school diploma.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
• Additional language skills are advantageous (reading, writing, speaking preferred).
• One to two years of guest service experience within a 5-star hotel, especially in casual or all-day dining settings.
