Job description
About Jumeirah
Jumeirah is a global luxury hospitality company and part of Dubai Holding. Its portfolio includes 29 properties across 11 countries in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. The brand’s modern luxury journey began in 1999 with the opening of Jumeirah Burj Al Arab and today it is known for beachfront resorts, city hotels, and private residences that deliver warm, generous service and memorable guest experiences.
About the Hotel
Jumeirah Carlton Tower sits in the centre of Knightsbridge and combines heritage with contemporary luxury. The hotel features city views, access to the private Cadogan Gardens, multiple dining options, and a rooftop health club and spa with London’s largest naturally lit swimming pool.
About the Role
An opening is available for a Guest Relations Executive to join the Guest Relations Team at Jumeirah Carlton Tower. This position focuses on creating a welcoming front-of-house presence, supporting guest needs, and contributing to smooth daily hotel operations.
Key Duties
- Represent the Jumeirah brand clearly in the lobby by giving guests and visitors a warm, authentic, and consistent welcome.
- Share stories and useful insights about the hotel, the brand, the destination, and its cultural or historical background.
- Help keep day-to-day operations running well by handling administrative tasks and passing important information to the right teams.
- Build positive guest interactions, gather feedback, and respond quickly to guest concerns or requests.
- Coordinate guest needs such as bookings, local directions, and special arrangements, making sure each request is completed properly.
- Receive VIP guests and support smooth arrivals, including check-in coordination, luggage handling, and personalised service.
Candidate Profile
The successful applicant should be personable, confident, and comfortable engaging with people from many different backgrounds. A genuine interest in hospitality, travel, culture, and the local area is important, along with excellent spoken and written English. Additional languages would be an advantage. The role also requires strong attention to detail, good organisation, the ability to manage several tasks at once, and a professional, flexible approach. Previous experience in luxury hospitality and a proactive style of guest service are preferred.

- Extra holiday for major birthdays such as 21, 30, and 40
- Access to the Jumeirah perks discount website
- Dry cleaning for uniforms or business attire
- Meals provided during duty hours
Work Schedule
The role may require evening, weekend, and holiday shifts to meet operational needs.
