Position Overview

Courtyard by Marriott in Riyadh seeks dedicated Guest Experience Experts committed to crafting memorable and distinctive stays for guests, rather than merely facilitating check-in and check-out procedures. These experts proactively deliver a diverse range of services that support guests throughout their visit, handling operational tasks, responding to requests, compiling reports, and recommending local highlights to enhance the overall experience. Empowered to navigate their work environment autonomously, they ensure each transaction becomes an integral part of the guest journey.

Key Responsibilities

The role requires maintaining a safe workplace, adhering strictly to company policies and operational guidelines, protecting confidentiality and company assets, upholding high-quality service standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication style. Physically, the job involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and performing physical tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 10 pounds independently. Executing these duties efficiently and any additional reasonable assignments is essential for consistently delivering exceptional service to guests and supporting business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
• No previous related work or supervisory experience is required.
• No licenses or certifications are necessary.
