Role Overview
The GTM Recruiter position is essential for developing and strengthening the recruiting capabilities within the organization. The recruiter will collaborate closely with leadership to identify staffing needs, implement recruiting processes, and oversee candidate sourcing and hiring. This role plays a key part in organizational expansion by attracting and securing top talent, focusing primarily on sales and technical sales functions in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine talent requirements based on growth projections and team design
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels to screen and identify candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate a seamless recruitment experience
- Strategize and execute candidate closing techniques to ensure acceptance
- Equip candidates with necessary information to assist their job decisions
- Develop and sustain strong partnerships with hiring managers
- Monitor multiple job openings simultaneously while maintaining consistent candidate pipelines
- Employ inventive and resourceful problem-solving approaches to meet recruitment objectives
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in in-house recruiting with measurable impact
- Experience working with GTM leadership, hiring for sales and technical sales positions
- Capability to effectively represent the company in a competitive hiring landscape
- Proven success in sourcing and engaging qualified candidates through various channels
- Excellent prioritization skills and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
- Innovative and resourceful problem-solving mindset
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary between 140000 and 180000 USD, location-independent under a remote-first policy
- Equity options available through ISO grants with early exercise and a ten-year post-termination exercise period
