Role overview

This fully remote GTM Recruiter role is centered on expanding go-to-market hiring as the company grows. The position covers end-to-end recruitment for mid- and senior-level roles across North America and Europe, while also supporting hiring needs in Engineering, Product, and G&A. You will work closely with leaders and hiring managers, build strong candidate pipelines, and represent the company’s culture and employer brand throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Run the full hiring process for GTM positions, along with select roles in Engineering, Product, and G&A.
  • Work with business leaders and hiring managers to shape headcount plans and recruiting strategies.
  • Source, engage, evaluate, and move along a varied pipeline of candidates through multiple channels.
  • Use recruiting data and insights to spot bottlenecks and improve outcomes.
  • Deliver a clear, responsive, and positive experience for candidates from first contact through final stages.
  • Represent the company externally by sharing its story and culture on social and professional platforms.
  • Strengthen recruiting operations by applying best practices and continuously refining workflows.
  • Track recruiting trends and bring useful market insights into day-to-day hiring work.
  • Handle recruiting independently while still working in a collaborative, team-first manner.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of recruiting background, including a minimum of 5 years in a scaling startup.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for GTM functions, with broader exposure to Engineering, Product, and G&A hiring.
  • Must be located in the United States or Canada.
  • Strong partnership mindset and comfort working closely with teams.
  • A sense of urgency and personal accountability for hiring results.
  • Experience collaborating with distributed teams across regions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational habits and careful attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle several open roles and adjust quickly as priorities change.
  • Background in recruiting operations, including process design and playbook creation.
  • Experience with Ashby or comparable recruiting software is preferred.
