Location and Team Environment

This position is fully remote within the United States. Cortex hosts multiple all-company in-person retreats annually to strengthen team bonds and advance critical projects.

Job Summary

The GTM Operations Manager role, reporting directly to the Director of GTM Operations, focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, data accuracy, and process discipline throughout go-to-market functions. The role involves optimizing systems, refining workflows, and providing analytics support to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure effective campaign delivery, pipeline oversight, and revenue lifecycle reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the GTM technology stack, including marketing automation, CRM platforms, analytics, and reporting tools.
• Design and refine GTM workflows and processes to improve operational execution and cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to build effective lead and pipeline management systems that facilitate smooth prospect and customer progression.
• Track, analyze, and report on GTM performance metrics to uncover improvement opportunities and deliver actionable insights.
• Manage GTM data quality, segmentation, and analytics to ensure integrity and usefulness across platforms.
• Coordinate timely and accurate execution of GTM initiatives such as campaigns, pipeline reviews, forecasting assistance, and reporting schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred; alternatively, a minimum of five years of relevant B2B SaaS industry experience.
• Proficiency with GTM-related systems including sales engagement solutions, data enrichment tools, lead/account routing methodologies, web analytics platforms like Google Analytics, and business intelligence/reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capability to work effectively across distributed, multifunctional teams, leading projects to completion.
• Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical information to audiences without technical backgrounds.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-evolving startup environment.

Compensation

• Starting salary range between $120,000 and $150,000 annually.
