- Proficiency in Design Thinking to grasp user requirements, craft solutions based on customer insights, and work collaboratively with design and development teams.
- Advanced analytical skills with a data-focused approach for decision-making, including experience using metrics, dashboards, and testing frameworks to steer product development.
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or similar disciplines, or equivalent hands-on experience in product management or growth roles.
- Demonstrated history of managing digital products or services throughout their lifecycle, ideally within dynamic or growth-centric environments.
- Exceptional communication skills combined with strong stakeholder engagement and teamwork abilities, effective within on-site, cross-departmental teams in Port Harcourt.
- Capacity to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and swiftly adjust to evolving business priorities and customer input.
