Role Overview

We are hiring a highly analytical, execution-oriented Growth Marketing Manager for a B2B business in Dubai. The position is focused on accelerating customer acquisition, increasing revenue, and improving every stage of the funnel. This role works across marketing, sales, product, and analytics, with direct ownership of creating qualified pipeline and strengthening conversion performance throughout the customer journey.

The right candidate should be comfortable using data to make decisions while also rolling up their sleeves to execute. Prior experience scaling growth in B2B SaaS, technology, services, manufacturing, or other enterprise-led businesses will be valuable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead demand generation efforts across both inbound and outbound channels.
  • Plan and run account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email, webinars, events, and partnership channels.
  • Develop a reliable stream of qualified prospects for the sales team.
  • Review the full acquisition funnel and pinpoint where leads drop off.
  • Introduce growth experiments and improvements to remove conversion bottlenecks.
  • Increase lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-customer conversion rates.
  • Test and refine customer journeys to improve performance.
  • Monitor core growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline value, and revenue contribution.
  • Create dashboards and translate data into practical business recommendations.
  • Analyze cohorts and assess channel performance to identify trends.
  • Use performance data to prioritize growth opportunities and guide resource allocation.
  • Oversee digital acquisition channels and manage performance marketing budgets.
  • Work with content and product marketing teams to strengthen lead generation efforts.
  • Launch campaigns aimed at enterprise and mid-market audiences.
  • Improve website performance and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Ensure growth plans support business goals and revenue targets.
  • Assist with go-to-market plans for new products and services.

Desired Background

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, Revenue Operations, Demand Generation, or Growth Analytics.
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS, Technology, Enterprise Services, Manufacturing, Fintech, or similar sectors.
  • Strong analytical ability with practical experience in Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and dashboard tools.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid and digital acquisition channels, along with marketing automation tools.
  • Clear understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead generation approaches.
  • Ability to think strategically while also executing tasks directly.
