Role overview
This opportunity is for a data-focused Growth Marketing Manager to drive the expansion of a construction services marketplace in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. The position centers on improving lead generation, user engagement, and retention across the platform’s key audience groups.
Key responsibilities
- Design and run acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Improve campaign efficiency by monitoring metrics such as CPL, CAC, and conversion performance.
- Create and optimize landing pages designed to convert high-intent visitors.
- Develop lead-generation assets such as cost calculators, guides, and templates.
- Set up and manage lifecycle campaigns through CRM tools using email, WhatsApp, and push notifications.
- Segment users and tailor engagement strategies to different audience groups.
- Identify where users drop off and build re-engagement actions to bring them back.
- Plan and execute referral and loyalty programs.
- Track marketing KPIs including CPL, CAC, retention, and LTV, and report on performance.
- Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and messaging to improve results.
- Study user behavior to strengthen conversion and engagement outcomes.
- Maintain proper tracking using analytics platforms and pixels.
- Balance marketplace supply and demand by supporting both contractors/engineers and homeowners/developers.
- Assist with onboarding and activation of new users.
- Work closely with product and technology teams to enhance the user experience.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing.
- Prior exposure to two-sided marketplace growth is strongly preferred.
- Practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Hands-on knowledge of GA4.
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of SEO and local services marketing.
- Strong analytical ability with a clear data-to-insight mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
