Growth Lead AI (m/w/d) – Fastic

Role Overview

Fastic GmbH is looking for a Growth Lead AI to take ownership of performance-driven growth across paid, organic, and CRM channels. The role is based in Dresden, Saxony, Germany and requires on-site presence.

What You’ll Do

• Own overall growth performance across paid media, organic channels, and CRM.
• Lead and evolve the company’s cross-channel growth strategy.
• Manage budget distribution across channels, creators, and countries, including Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and other growth channels.
• Build scalable growth systems, processes, and testing frameworks using modern AI tools and automation.
• Set priorities for growth initiatives based on data, user behavior, and business impact.
• Spot new growth channels, creator-based models, and opportunities for scaling.

What the Role Requires

• At least 3 years of experience in growth or performance marketing in a B2C or app environment.
• Strong analytical capability with respect to performance, retention, and monetization KPIs.
• Practical experience with paid advertising, especially Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads, along with a solid understanding of the creator economy.
• Experience automating processes and workflows.
• Confident use of modern AI tools.
• Highly structured, fast, and self-directed working style.
• Ability to set clear priorities in dynamic environments.

Additional Requirements

A valid work permit for Germany is mandatory for this position.

Language requirements: fluent German and fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the health, wellness, or subscription space.
• Background in building or leading small teams.
