Kuzana.co focuses on investing in ambitious Kenyan small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that generate at least KSh 500,000 in monthly revenue.
Role Overview
We are searching for a Growth & Acquisition Lead to develop and manage the system that converts interest into qualified founder applications. This position primarily centers around strategy and execution beyond social media or video content creation.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the acquisition strategy across paid and organic channels.
- Manage distribution methods including landing pages, Tally forms, tracking mechanisms, and attribution frameworks.
- Create and oversee drip campaigns and ensure timely lead follow-ups.
- Optimize funnel conversion to increase the number of qualified founders entering Kuzana’s pipeline.
Success Metrics
Performance is gauged by the volume and quality of founders successfully integrated into Kuzana's investment pipeline.
