Role Overview

As a Growth Intern, you will play a crucial role in expanding our dynamic AI community by managing significant growth initiatives. Your duties will stretch from identifying potential startups and collaborators to maintaining our CRM and advancing our outreach. Collaborate closely with growth and marketing teams to steer unique projects that accelerate our ecosystem’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage impactful growth projects encompassing lead identification, scoring, CRM upkeep, and engagement with prospective collaborators.
• Engage in strategic planning to innovate campus growth, developing workflows, automations, and novel event ideas.
• Forge and nurture relationships with AI startups, infrastructure providers, and industry influencers.
• Contribute creatively to event topics and initiatives, sharing your unique perspectives.
• Assist marketing efforts by creating event content, summaries, and social media materials using tools like Canva.
• Ensure smooth operational flow by producing timely, precise communications aligned with stakeholder expectations.

Candidate Profile

• Entrepreneurially minded with a proactive, growth-oriented attitude and project ownership capability.
• Detail-focused with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Efficient multitasker able to prioritize multiple evolving tasks.
• Curious and knowledgeable about AI and innovation, comfortable in conversations with founders and investors.
• Experienced with CRM platforms, lead generation, and growth or sales operations.
• Proficient with marketing and content creation tools such as Canva and social media.
• Prior internship experience in fast-paced or startup environments.
• Based in Berlin and able to commit full-time ideally for six months.
