Role Overview

This opportunity is aimed at someone who wants to begin or advance a career in business development and lead generation within EXUS’s redesigned Growth Engine. The Growth Executive owns one market, works under the Growth Manager, and helps drive SQL targets through consistent weekly execution.

You will be responsible for building and keeping prospect records up to date in HubSpot, carrying out weekly lead activities, assisting with email and LinkedIn outreach, using AI tools to work more efficiently, and supplying accurate updates for monthly performance reporting. The role suits someone with ambition, a hunter mindset, and the willingness to learn. Full training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Manage one assigned market by understanding priority segments, target accounts, outreach triggers, and the overall focus for prospecting.
  • Build and update prospect records in HubSpot so the information stays accurate, complete, and useful for follow-up.
  • Deliver all agreed weekly lead activities, including outreach emails, LinkedIn touches, follow-ups, research, and testing of new approaches.
  • Keep the CRM clean and current by logging activity, lead status, notes, prospect interactions, and data connected to SQL contribution.
  • Carry out LinkedIn outreach in a consistent, professional, and effective manner, including use of approved senior EXUS profiles when required.
  • Support email, LinkedIn, and campaign communications with clear, relevant messages tailored to the assigned market.
  • Use AI tools to speed up research, drafting, summarizing, prioritizing, and reporting, while redirecting saved time toward high-value prospecting.
  • Track lead measures and SQL contribution and share timely updates to support monthly reporting by the Growth Manager.
  • Learn continuously from the Growth Manager and team members, apply feedback, and contribute ideas to improve market execution.
  • Work closely with Growth, Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Account Management, and performance teams to support market goals.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer- or business-facing role such as sales, business development, PR, events, recruitment, partnerships, or operations.
  • A high level of curiosity, optimism, resilience, and willingness to learn.
  • Strong personal discipline and self-drive, with the ability to consistently meet weekly commitments and lead measures.
  • Comfort with proactive outreach, testing new approaches, following up persistently, and handling rejection professionally.
  • Ability to learn new tools and use AI to improve productivity without compromising quality.
  • Strong written communication, good attention to detail, and sound judgment when interacting with prospects.
  • Genuine interest in business development, technology, financial services, international markets, or account-based marketing execution.
  • Exposure to LinkedIn, CRM platforms, outbound email, research, or customer-facing work is an advantage.
  • Strong spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Applicants should be prepared to work fully remotely.

Training and Support

  • Training will be provided on HubSpot CRM, CRM hygiene expectations, SQL tracking, and lead-measure discipline.
  • You will also be trained on LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn outreach, and prospect research methods.
  • Support will include learning about EXUS Financial Suite, target markets, ICPs, the ABM approach, and outreach messaging.
  • AI tools will be introduced for research, writing, prioritization, productivity, and reporting support.

Benefits

  • Fully remote working arrangement.
  • Competitive compensation.
  • Inclusive workplace culture and a well-being program.
  • Structured onboarding and a mentoring buddy to support your start.
  • Private health insurance allowance.
  • Unlimited paid time off.

Additional Information

This role is based in Lebanon and is offered as a full-time remote position. EXUS is looking for someone with the right attitude and strong growth potential rather than expecting mastery from day one. The company will provide the tools, onboarding, and guidance needed to help the selected candidate succeed.
