Role Summary

This position is a strong opportunity for someone looking to begin or advance a career in business development and lead generation within EXUS’ new Growth Engine. Each Growth Executive is responsible for one market, works under the Growth Manager, and supports SQL goals through consistent weekly execution. The role involves managing prospecting activity, keeping CRM data accurate, supporting outreach campaigns, and contributing to monthly reporting.

The company is looking for someone with the right mindset, strong potential, and a proactive approach to winning business. You do not need to know everything from the start; training, guidance, and tools will be provided to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a single assigned market by identifying priority segments, target accounts, buying signals, and the right outreach approach.
  • Build and update prospect records in HubSpot so the information remains accurate, complete, and useful for follow-up.
  • Deliver all agreed weekly lead measures, including emails, LinkedIn activity, follow-ups, research, and testing new outreach ideas.
  • Keep the CRM clean and current with notes, activity updates, status changes, prospect interactions, lead-measure inputs, and SQL-related contributions.
  • Carry out LinkedIn outreach with professionalism, consistency, and proper use of approved senior EXUS LinkedIn profiles where required.
  • Support email, LinkedIn, and campaign outreach with clear and relevant messaging tailored to the assigned market.
  • Use AI tools to improve research, drafting, prioritization, reporting, and overall productivity.
  • Track lead measures and SQL contribution, and share timely updates that support the Growth Manager’s monthly reporting by market and channel.
  • Learn actively from the Growth Manager and teammates, apply feedback, and contribute ideas to improve execution in the market.
  • Work closely with Growth, Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Account Management, and performance teams to support market objectives.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a business-facing role such as sales, business development, PR, events, recruitment, partnerships, or customer-facing operations.
  • A curious, positive, resilient mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Self-discipline and motivation to consistently meet weekly commitments and lead measures.
  • Comfort with proactive outreach, experimentation, follow-up, and handling rejection constructively.
  • Willingness to adopt new tools and use AI to improve productivity without compromising quality.
  • Strong written communication, attention to detail, and sound professional judgement in prospect-facing work.
  • Genuine interest in business development, technology, financial services, international markets, or account-based marketing execution.
  • Prior experience with LinkedIn, CRM platforms, outbound email, research, or customer-facing tasks is an advantage.
  • Strong written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.

Training and Support

  • Training will be provided in HubSpot CRM, hygiene standards, SQL tracking, and lead-measure discipline.
  • Support will also cover LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach practices, and prospect research methods.
  • You will be introduced to EXUS Financial Suite, target markets, ICPs, ABM approach, and messaging standards.
  • Training will include the use of AI tools for research, writing, prioritization, productivity, and reporting support.

Benefits

  • Fully remote working arrangement.
  • Competitive compensation.
  • Inclusive workplace and well-being program.
  • Structured onboarding with a mentoring buddy.
  • Private health insurance allowance.
  • Unlimited time off.

Work Environment

EXUS promotes a culture built around openness, discipline, positivity, learning, resourcefulness, and keeping commitments. The team values direct communication, a constructive attitude, curiosity, and a strong sense of responsibility. Candidates should be comfortable in a performance-oriented environment where collaboration and continuous improvement matter.

Values

  • Speak openly and directly.
  • Maintain a positive, constructive, and non-cynical attitude.
  • Stay curious and eager to learn.
  • Prioritize the greater good.
  • Use resources carefully and avoid waste.
  • Be highly disciplined and reliable in delivering on promises.
