Role Overview
Kinia is looking for a driven Growth, Events & Networking Lead to steer the delivery of its social enterprise strategy. This position suits someone who is commercially minded, confident in sales, and comfortable working independently in a self-directed environment. The role will play a direct part in expanding Kinia’s reach and impact by developing and delivering new revenue-generating initiatives.

Contract: Permanent, full-time
Social Enterprise Growth
- Take ownership of Kinia’s B2B and B2C social enterprise strategy and deliver commercial activity that supports the organisation’s mission.
- Manage the full sales journey, including lead generation, pipeline oversight, and closing deals, while working toward consistent target achievement.
- Promote Kinia’s B2B offerings, programmes, and services to schools, youth organisations, community groups, and similar stakeholders.
- Market Kinia’s B2C products and services to the wider public.
- Build and sustain strong relationships across the education and youth sectors through active networking with relevant stakeholders and partners.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure retail placements and commercial partnerships for Kinia’s products and services.
- Develop productive supplier relationships that strengthen trading and social enterprise operations.
- Monitor sales performance and pipeline activity, analyse results, and provide clear reporting to maintain commercial visibility across the organisation.
E-commerce and Agency Coordination
- Support the development and improvement of Kinia’s e-commerce activity alongside the Head of Marketing & Communications and external agency partners.
- Coordinate product launches, merchandising, promotional activity, and online campaigns connected to events, ensuring alignment between sales, events, and brand initiatives.
- Gather commercial insights and customer feedback from events and partnerships to help improve the online store experience and overall performance.
External Events Leadership
- Take responsibility for external events from initial planning through execution and post-event review.
- Identify, assess, and secure suitable trade events and other external opportunities during the year.
- Oversee end-to-end event logistics, including stand design and setup, materials, stock management, travel arrangements, and on-site coordination.
- Brief, guide, and support the team at each event so that roles, responsibilities, and objectives are clear beforehand.
- Set event-specific commercial goals such as sales, leads, and new contacts, with a focus on high return on investment, brand visibility, or sign-ups, and provide concise follow-up reports with key learnings and next steps.
Required Experience and Skills
The ideal candidate will bring proven commercial experience, strong communication ability, and the confidence to work proactively across multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting. Success in this role depends on both relationship-building and results-focused delivery.
Additional Information
Probation: The role becomes permanent after successful completion of a 6-month probation period.
Salary: Base salary of €36,000 plus commission and bonus.
