This is a high-impact role for someone based in Ireland who wants to work at the crossroads of growth, operations, and strategy inside a rapidly scaling technology business. The position sits close to leadership and is focused on turning strategic priorities into practical execution, repeatable systems, and measurable results. Rather than planning in theory, the role calls for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, improving processes, and driving outcomes across teams.

You will support leadership as a multiplier by coordinating cross-functional work across go-to-market operations, growth programs, process improvement, automation, and performance management. Key Accountabilities

  • Convert broad business priorities into executable projects, workflows, operating routines, and scalable systems.
  • Plan, launch, and refine growth initiatives, customer outreach efforts, and account development programs.
  • Strengthen conversion funnels, customer journey steps, CRM processes, and team handoffs.
  • Own projects tied to brand exposure, communications, founder-led activity, social presence, and outward-facing engagement.
  • Create and manage dashboards, reporting structures, performance indicators, and operating rhythms that improve accountability and support decisions.
  • Develop reusable playbooks and automation workflows that turn one-off work into durable growth mechanisms.
  • Use AI tools, automation platforms, and operational software to improve efficiency while keeping appropriate human oversight.
  • Spot bottlenecks, prioritize the highest-value opportunities, and direct effort toward the areas with the greatest business impact.
  • Partner with growth, operations, marketing, and leadership teams to keep execution aligned with company goals.
  • Track results continuously, incorporate feedback, and iterate on systems to improve scale and performance.

Candidate Profile

The right person will bring a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Success in this role depends on comfort with ambiguity, a data-informed mindset, and the ability to move quickly across changing priorities. You should be motivated by solving problems, building structure, and making measurable improvements rather than producing plans alone.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Growth Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Go-to-Market Operations, Founder’s Office, or a comparable strategic execution role.
  • Proven experience creating and owning workflows, dashboards, reporting systems, operational processes, and business operating cadences.
  • Ability to take unclear business problems and turn them into structured plans, workstreams, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong project management capability, including coordination of cross-functional work from idea stage through delivery.
  • Practical experience with CRM platforms, automation tools, project management software, and other operational systems.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to assess priorities, identify leverage points, and make decisions based on data.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to stakeholder coordination and project visibility.
  • Ability to work independently, handle changing priorities, and sustain momentum in a fast-paced setting.
  • Interest in technology products, AI applications, automation, and emerging software trends.
  • Good understanding of business fundamentals, growth, customer acquisition, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a bias for action, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, developer-oriented products, technical infrastructure, or high-growth technology companies is an advantage.
  • Exposure to API-based products, usage-based pricing, or subscription and billing systems is helpful.
  • French proficiency is a plus, but it is not mandatory.
