Role Overview

This role is being presented for a partner organization, which will handle all applications and the remaining hiring steps. The employer is seeking a Growth Chief of Staff located in Germany.

This is a high-impact position at the crossroads of growth, operations, and strategy in a rapidly scaling technology company. You will turn broad business ambitions into practical initiatives, efficient processes, and measurable outcomes. Working as a close partner to leadership, you will coordinate cross-functional work across go-to-market operations, growth programs, process improvement, automation, and performance tracking. The position suits someone who is comfortable in uncertain situations, enjoys creating systems from the ground up, and is driven by real execution and business results.

With broad ownership and strong visibility, you will help strengthen operational excellence and support growth across the business.

Accountabilities

  • Convert top-level business priorities into concrete projects, systems, workflows, and reusable operating routines.
  • Develop, launch, and refine growth campaigns, customer outreach motions, and account nurturing efforts.
  • Strengthen conversion funnels, customer journey processes, CRM operations, and internal handoffs between teams.
  • Own initiatives that support brand presence, communications, founder-led activities, social channels, and outside-facing engagement.
  • Create and manage dashboards, reporting structures, performance KPIs, and operating rhythms that improve accountability and decision-making.
  • Build repeatable playbooks and automated workflows that turn short-term work into long-term growth engines.
  • Use AI-enabled tools, automation systems, and operational technology to improve efficiency while keeping human review in place.
  • Spot bottlenecks, rank high-value opportunities, and make sure effort is directed to the work with the strongest impact.
  • Partner with growth, operations, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure execution stays aligned with business goals.
  • Track results continuously, incorporate feedback, and improve systems to increase performance and scale.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Growth Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Go-to-Market Operations, Founder’s Office, or a comparable strategic execution role.
  • Proven track record of building and owning workflows, dashboards, reporting systems, operating processes, and business cadences.
  • Ability to take vague business problems and turn them into structured plans, executable workstreams, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong project coordination skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives from idea to delivery.
  • Practical experience with CRM platforms, automation tools, project management software, and operational systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess priorities, identify the most impactful opportunities, and make decisions based on data.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to stakeholder management and project visibility.
  • Comfort working independently, adapting to shifting priorities, and maintaining momentum in fast-paced environments.
  • Interest in technology products, AI tools, automation, and emerging software trends.
  • Solid understanding of business fundamentals, growth, customer acquisition, messaging, and go-to-market principles.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a bias toward execution, experimentation, and ongoing improvement.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, developer-focused products, technical infrastructure, or high-growth technology environments is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with API-driven products, usage-based pricing models, or subscription and billing ecosystems is beneficial.
  • French language skills are a plus, though not mandatory.
