Role Overview
A leading Irish public limited company is hiring a Group Office Administrator for its head office team. The position sits within the Corporate Head Office function, collaborating with multiple departments and reporting directly to the Corporate Controller. The ideal hire will be highly organised, efficient, and confident in both communication and interpersonal interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day administrative assistance to internal office teams.
- Keep company records, filing structures, and database information up to date and well organised.
- Manage travel planning, itineraries, and reservations.
- Help organise office events, including booking meeting rooms and arranging catering.
- Handle routine office operations such as phone support and email management.
- Carry out general office coordination tasks, including sourcing IT equipment and stationery.
Skills, Experience, and Working Style
- Previous experience in a comparable administrative position.
- Strong spoken and written communication abilities.
- Capable of working independently, staying organised, and using personal initiative.
- Proficient with IT systems and standard office software.
