Role Overview
As a Group Art Supervisor at MPATHIK, you will bring creative concepts to life that empower and inform patients and caregivers throughout their unique healthcare journeys. This role demands a passion for enhancing patient and caregiver experiences by delivering empathetic, strategic, and thoughtful creative work.
Core Responsibilities
- Create insightful and compassionate multi-channel materials including campaigns, websites, videos, and educational resources tailored to patients and caregivers.
- Interpret clinical data, brand strategy, and insights to craft accessible, audience-focused content.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions, proactively contributing inventive ideas.
- Support concept creation and creative execution for various patient-centered media and digital projects.
- Provide constructive critiques to cross-functional collaborators to elevate creative quality.
- Confidently present creative concepts to diverse audiences, including brand teams and advocacy groups.
- Manage daily production of deliverables across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Adjust and refine creative outputs based on feedback from teams, clients, and Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) reviewers.
- Uphold brand voice consistency, design standards, and high-quality creativity across projects.
- Collaborate closely with account, strategy, and medical teams to ensure content accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
- Participate actively in the MLR review process by preparing materials and responding promptly to required revisions.
- Communicate progress, timelines, and resource needs transparently with project stakeholders.
- Work effectively alongside writers, strategists, and production teams to deliver polished and high-impact outputs.
- Contribute to the internal creative culture by sharing ideas, conducting peer reviews, and fostering collaborative discussions.
- Serve as a confident communicator capable of leading client conversations and advocating for strong creative vision.
Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in healthcare communications, patient education, or consumer health design.
- Ability to balance creativity with empathy and regulatory compliance.
- Adapt communication tone, style, and design depending on audience requirements.
- Strong portfolio exhibiting human-centered design principles.
- Experienced in navigating MLR processes to create compliant yet engaging materials.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience, including product launches, is advantageous.
- Familiarity with social media through active personal and professional use.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Expertise in digital design formats such as interactive PDFs, web and app platforms, with tools including Figma and Canva.
- Up-to-date with trends in visual arts, typography, illustration, photography, and emerging media and technologies.
- Experience with project management software; HIVE is a plus.
Additional Details
The position is full-time and onsite within the United States. The salary range offered for this position is between $100,000 and $135,000 annually.
