NRMA Parks & Resorts operates a wide portfolio of holiday stays across some of Australia’s best-known destinations, ranging from camping grounds to premium resorts. This opportunity is based at NRMA Treasure Island Resort in Biggera Waters, Queensland. The role sits within the Grounds and Maintenance team and offers full-time, part-time, and casual employment options.

What You'll Do
- Maintain the appearance of the resort’s landscaped areas and facilities so they remain clean, attractive, and well presented.
- Assist guests and support the team by carrying out small repair jobs across caravan sites, camping areas, cabins, amenities, and other parts of the property.
- Carry out pool upkeep and maintenance tasks.
- Take on a mix of hands-on work including gardening, simple mechanical repairs, and painting duties.
- Help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly behind the scenes so guests can enjoy their holiday without interruption.
What You’ll Bring
- Practical background in groundskeeping and basic maintenance, with the ability to work as a versatile all-rounder.
- Prior exposure to pool care and maintenance work.
- Experience using ride-on and push mowers, along with pruning, hedging, landscaping, and weed control, will be highly valued.
- A strong understanding of safe work practices and basic hygiene standards.
- Confidence working independently and a history of hands-on work.
- A hardworking, upbeat attitude and the physical fitness needed for a demanding, active role.
