Position Overview

We are strengthening our Ground Services team by recruiting a Ground Handling Agent at Frankfurt Airport, offering a €1,000 welcome bonus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary of €21.57 per hour plus additional time and shift allowances
• Wages aligned with the collective agreement for ground services at German commercial airports
• Permanent employment contract
• €1,000 welcome premium
• €800 statutory annual leave entitlement
• Opportunity for salary progression up to €25.19 per hour based on qualifications and experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide and receive all required flight documentation
• Review and correct arrival and departure documents
• Monitor and coordinate aircraft operational processes ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Perform start-up and pushback procedures (walk-out assistance)
• Prepare and follow-up departures including administrative duties

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training in either technical or commercial fields
• Secondary school completion certificate and strong computer skills
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills (minimum B2 level)
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Structured, solution-oriented mindset with confident and customer-focused demeanor
• Ability to handle stress and work independently
• Experience in aircraft or passenger handling is advantageous
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and pass airport security clearance
