Role overview
A retail-focused client is hiring an experienced Graphic Designer for an immediate long-term contract. The position follows a hybrid schedule with two days onsite and three days remote. The work will span both print and digital deliverables, with a strong preference for candidates who have previously designed for retail, fashion, or luxury brands.
Key responsibilities
You will contribute to campaign and promotional creative across multiple channels, collaborating closely with project managers, creative leadership, and production teams to keep work moving smoothly from concept to final output.
- Develop assets for campaigns such as email banners, website banners, seasonal in-store signage, large-format posters, and window graphics.
- Contribute to shaping creative concepts using direction from project managers, the internal creative team, and your own research.
- Work alongside brand and channel project managers, traffic, production, and studio teams to hit scope, timing, budget, and delivery goals.
- Track materials through pre-production and production stages under the guidance and approval of senior creative leadership.
- Handle your workload efficiently, complete assignments on schedule, and keep senior creative informed on project progress.
- Stay informed about current design and industry trends.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on design experience, strong visual judgment, and the ability to manage several assignments at once while maintaining accuracy and momentum.
- 8+ years of relevant graphic design experience, preferably with retail, fashion, or luxury clients.
- Strong grasp of graphic design principles and art direction.
- Ability to create polished mockups and design concepts in Photoshop.
- Resourceful problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Comfortable thinking and communicating visually and verbally, with or without copywriters.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for sharing ideas with teams, clients, and senior creative leaders.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word for copy documents and PowerPoint for presentations when needed.
- Broad technical design capability across media formats and a habit of staying current with design trends.

This is a long-term contract role that begins immediately. The role is hybrid, with three remote days and two onsite days each week.
