Job Summary

This role combines responsibilities as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, and Trainer. The ideal candidate is a creative professional passionate about producing premium content and sharing their knowledge with students.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing social media posts, banners, carousels, advertisements, brochures, posters, flyers, and standees aligned with brand guidelines.
• Develop marketing creatives for platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, ensuring consistency in typography, color schemes, and branding.
• Edit various videos including Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, Shorts, promotional content, testimonials, podcasts, and corporate videos by incorporating motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, background music, sound effects, and color corrections.
• Create captivating edits with strong hooks and audience retention suitable for diverse social media formats.
• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to meet project requirements within deadlines while maintaining high quality.
• Train students in graphic designing and video editing through practical classroom sessions and guidance on live client projects.
• Evaluate student assignments and provide constructive feedback to develop professional portfolios.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging AI tools and trends in the creative industry.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Proficient with graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW (preferred), as well as Canva.
• Experienced in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects (preferred), with CapCut as optional.
• Knowledgeable in basic motion graphics, typography, color theory, branding, and social media content creation.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

Experience and Education

Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is preferred. Teaching experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Exceptional fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also apply. Candidates should hold any graduate or diploma degree; additional certifications in Graphic Design or Video Editing are a plus.

Work Schedule and Location

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly salary ranges from 15,000 to 30,000 INR based on the candidate's skills, experience, portfolio, and interview performance. Performance-based incentives are provided.
