About the Role

A boutique social agency based in London is seeking a creative and adaptable Graphic Designer & Videographer to become part of their close-knit team. The ideal candidate will be skilled at transforming concepts into refined visual content for both print and digital media, with a strong sense for impactful social media performance.

Key Responsibilities

Create digital and print materials including social media graphics, infographics, event branding, and advertisements.
Shoot and edit video content in various formats, focusing on short-form videos for platforms such as Reels, TikTok, and Stories.
Contribute to developing and refining brand identities and visual guidelines for the agency and its clients.
Design visually compelling pitch decks and presentations.
Support website design and content updates with consideration for SEO and user experience.
Perform photography shoots, editing, and retouching with professional standards.
Experiment with AI-based image and video tools to enhance the creative process.
Collaborate closely with account teams and clients to translate creative briefs into final outputs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Degree in graphic design, photography, or a related creative field.
A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in design, photography, video, and social media content creation.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and video editing software like CapCut.
Familiarity with website platforms and basic content management plugins.
Strong understanding of photography equipment, lighting, and post-production techniques.
Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative approach with a focus on deadlines.
Experience working across diverse industries and client types.

Additional Details

Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 per year
Work Pattern: Hybrid role based in London with requirement to be in office four days per week.
Team Environment: Small, values-driven team offering genuine ownership of projects from concept through to delivery.
