Role overview
AUTO1 Group’s design function has been central to the company’s growth across Europe since 2012. From its Berlin base, the team works in a fast-moving, trend-aware environment to produce fresh, contemporary visual work. The Graphic Designer will act as a connector between the creative team and other internal stakeholders, helping shape and maintain design standards across the organization.
What the role involves
- Work with marketing and other cross-functional teams to understand campaign goals and turn them into compelling visual ideas and final assets.
- Create brand-aligned design materials across multiple formats, including social content, banners, flyers, posters, email graphics, and similar deliverables.
- Protect and further develop the visual identity so that all materials stay consistent while still allowing room for creative evolution.
- Produce designs for digital and print use, with careful attention to structure, typography, and narrative flow.
- Handle several assignments at once and deliver accurate work under tight timelines.
- Prepare artwork for both print production and digital delivery, ensuring quality and on-time output.

Required profile
- At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a busy marketing or creative environment.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Familiarity with Figma is an added advantage.
- Proven ability to build and apply brand systems and guidelines effectively.
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Experience producing assets for both digital channels and print formats.
- High attention to detail, flexibility, creativity, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Excellent planning and deadline-management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities for working with several stakeholders.
- Bonus exposure to motion graphics and basic video editing tools such as After Effects.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are beneficial.
