Graphic Designer (Custom Neon Sign Designer)

Overview

We are seeking a creative and meticulous Graphic Designer specializing in custom neon sign designs to join our team. This role demands a passion for design and the ability to produce visually appealing neon sign artwork tailored to client specifications. Primary Duties

• Develop unique LED neon sign designs as per customer requests.
• Create digital mock-ups and design samples to obtain client approvals.
• Translate logos, texts, and graphics into neon design formats ready for production.
• Collaborate with sales and manufacturing teams to verify design precision.
• Adjust existing artwork following client feedback.
• Prepare final files suitable for printing and manufacturing processes.
• Organize design files and maintain project documentation systematically.
• Ensure all creations adhere to quality standards and production guidelines.
• Keep updated on modern design trends and typography techniques.
• Assist marketing efforts by crafting banners, social media creatives, and promotional visuals when needed.

Required Expertise

• Fundamental proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, mandatory for the role.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
• Ability to conceive and translate client ideas into appealing visual designs.
• Basic knowledge of vector graphic creation and associated file formats.
• High attention to detail combined with creative aptitude.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Openness to acquiring knowledge of new design tools and manufacturing techniques.

Preferred Credentials

• Formal education in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related disciplines (Diploma, Bachelor's, or Certification).
• Experience range: 0 to 1 year in graphic design; recent graduates invited.
• A portfolio showcasing academic, freelance, or personal design projects adds value.

• Role based in Changodar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat with hybrid work model.
• Employment type is full-time.
• Salary range approximately ₹240000 to ₹360000 per annum.
