Key Responsibilities

  • Create approximately 4-6 scripts monthly, with flexibility for accelerated deadlines on special projects.
  • Apply basic mathematical skills in video content development.
  • Conduct detailed script assessments using instructional design principles to refine and segment content for scenes.
  • Oversee live shooting sessions by managing graphics, directing on-camera talent, and adjusting graphics as necessary.
  • Maintain ownership of projects, consistently delivering high-quality outputs under strict time constraints.
  • Review final videos and work alongside video production specialists to address post-production edits and necessary re-shoots.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and competitors' content, continually enhancing personal skill sets.
  • Utilize generative AI technologies throughout production processes, including AI-driven music, imagery, video, and voiceover generation, to boost efficiency and creativity while upholding brand standards.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in motion graphics design.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects and Illustrator, with Premiere Pro as an additional advantage.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Open to exploring innovative design and animation methods with a creative mindset.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • A collaborative team player, receptive to coaching and able to support peers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capacity to handle several priorities simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
