Role Overview
Drees Homes is hiring a Graphic Designer for its Corporate Office in Fort Mitchell, KY. In this role, you will help shape the company’s visual communication and brand presence across many customer-facing and internal materials. The position is centered on design, storytelling, and maintaining a consistent brand identity.
You will work closely with the Art Director and Marketing team to create visuals that support communities, divisions, and broader homebuyer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Create attractive marketing assets for both print and digital use, such as brochures, advertisements, signage, presentations, and online content.
- Turn concepts into branded visuals that align with the company’s quality standards and creative direction.
- Handle several projects at once while keeping pace, accuracy, and detail in focus.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and outside partners such as photographers, printers, and developers to produce finished materials.
- Keep asset files well organized and ensure brand standards are followed consistently across deliverables.
- Assist with production steps, approvals, and workflow coordination.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a closely related discipline is required.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in design is needed.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience creating designs for digital channels such as web, social media, and email.
- Video editing or motion-related experience is considered an advantage.
- Strong collaboration skills, creative problem-solving ability, and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to organize priorities, adjust quickly, and perform well in a fast-moving environment.

Additional Information
The role is based in Fort Mitchell, KY and is onsite at the start. Future flexibility may be possible later on.
