Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and meticulous Graphic Designer to craft compelling visual designs that bring innovative ideas to fruition across branding, advertising, events, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts for branding and promotional events.
- Design logos, brochures, flyers, banners, standees, posters, social media assets, and other promotional materials.
- Create event branding components including stage backdrops, entry arches, photo booths, exhibition stalls, and signage.
- Prepare print-ready artwork suitable for flex, vinyl, ACP signage, LED boards, packaging, and related media.
- Produce digital creatives for social media, websites, email marketing, and online ads.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams to align designs with client needs.
- Refine and adjust designs based on client feedback while upholding quality and deadlines.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all creative content.
- Stay abreast of emerging design trends, new tools, and technologies.
- Handle multiple projects ensuring timely delivery.
Candidate Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or similar disciplines.
- Between 1 and 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, advertising, or event design; freshers with strong portfolios also welcome.
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and InDesign; familiarity with Canva and Figma is beneficial.
- Solid grasp of typography, color theory, layout design, and brand identity.
- Experience in preparing files for large-format printing.
- Basic skills in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects are advantageous.
- Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and time management capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively under tight schedules.
