Job description
Role Overview
In this position, you will help shape and deliver the visual creative direction for Amazon.in Fashion & Beauty. The role spans the full lifecycle of creative work, from early concept development through final production, and covers customer-facing communication both online and offline.
You will be responsible for sustaining the brand’s visual identity, expanding its evolving design language, and developing seasonal concepts. The work also includes supporting photo and video shoots to generate required imagery, then turning that material into storefront graphics and other campaign assets for customers.
This is a highly visible, fast-moving role that offers significant room for creative ownership. Success here calls for strong strategic thinking, fresh creative energy, and the ability to translate ideas into polished brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Safeguard a consistent visual identity across both digital and offline touchpoints for Amazon.in Fashion & Beauty.
- Develop imagery that reflects a unified design approach, tone, and brand voice.
- Conceptualize and produce original creative ideas and artwork for events and marketing campaigns.
- Handle multiple campaigns at once while paying close attention to detail, revisions, and input from cross-functional partners.
- Apply and further refine the fashion and beauty style guidelines in practical design work.
- Oversee the flow of creative assets from creation through final upload and delivery.
- Partner with the internal creative group, category marketing, merchandising teams, and outside agencies to plan and execute campaigns.
- Ensure all deliverables meet accuracy standards and maintain a strong creative benchmark.
- Use data to support and inform design choices.
- Present the team’s work clearly and appropriately to internal stakeholders and the wider community.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is required. Candidates should also bring experience in visual design and advertising across multiple media channels and platforms.
