About the Role
Ceremony Of Roses, Sony Music's in-house merchandise team, is seeking a Graphic Design Coordinator for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role supports the design team in delivering merchandise, creating visual assets, and ensuring project organization. It's an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional passionate about music, fashion, and design, who thrives on both creativity and meticulous detail. A portfolio is required for application.
Responsibilities
- Develop product visuals and simple CADs utilizing existing artwork.
- Support the E-Commerce team by creating social media content and e-commerce imagery.
- Facilitate clear communication with external freelancers and internal departments.
- Verify the suitability of supplied artwork files for print and ensure they are organized for team sharing.
- Contribute to the creation and updating of style guides and product presentations.
- Research and develop mood boards for project campaigns to aid the team.
- Establish and maintain brand guidelines for various artists.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a comparable role is necessary.
- Possess strong capabilities in organization, problem-solving, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to create and adhere to artist brand guidelines.
- Demonstrate effectiveness working both independently and collaboratively, with strong follow-through and self-motivation.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
