About the role

The Graphic & Brand Designer will support marketing efforts and help strengthen the company’s visual identity. Working closely with the Communications Director and Marketing Director, this person will create polished design assets that reflect the brand and connect with the intended audience. The position calls for strong creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to handle several projects at once without compromising quality.

The role covers a broad mix of design work, including email campaign visuals, social media graphics, event collateral, infographics, brochures, presentations, and digital ads. It also involves contributing to brand strategy, keeping social content schedules organized, and preparing reports that show how branding efforts are performing. The designer will also represent the company professionally in webinars, client meetings, and corporate events.

Responsibilities

  • Create visual assets for internal and external marketing initiatives such as email templates, social posts, event graphics, infographics, brochures, and presentation decks.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand project goals and ensure all creative output follows brand standards and messaging.
  • Handle several assignments at the same time while setting timelines and meeting deadlines.
  • Support the development and execution of brand initiatives that improve recognition and online visibility.
  • Assist with public relations and awareness activities, including scheduling communications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining relationships with media and vendors.
  • Keep the social media content calendar current and ensure consistency and engagement across platforms.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports that evaluate the impact of branding and communications activity.
  • Share internal updates and manage brand assets so the organization maintains a consistent visual identity.
  • Partner with marketing leadership on strategic work tied to company OKRs.
  • Represent the organization professionally at webinars, customer meetings, and corporate events.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and other strategic business initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a similar field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in graphic design and content creation.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools, Microsoft Office, and Canva.
  • Experience using web conferencing tools such as Microsoft Teams or similar platforms.
  • Exposure to HubSpot, Foleon, or comparable marketing automation/content management tools is helpful; training can be provided where needed.
  • Strong creative judgment and analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail.
  • Solid organizational abilities and the capacity to prioritize effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Comfort presenting ideas and concepts to a range of audiences in both formal and informal settings.
  • Working knowledge of business operations and processes, or the willingness to learn quickly.
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and professional communication style.
  • Previous experience in a fully remote environment is preferred.
