Grand Hyatt The Red Sea is seeking a Grand Club Officer to support the day-to-day functioning of the Grand Club while delivering a consistently high standard of guest service.
What You’ll Do
In this position, you will help ensure the club operates smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining a service experience that is reliable, professional, and guest-focused.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should hold a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management and bring at least 2 years of experience in hotel operations.
Strong customer service ability, along with solid communication and interpersonal skills, is essential for success in this role.
