The company develops premium fitness products such as pull-up bars, resistance bands, and walking pads, which are sold successfully through Amazon and its own online store. As a fast-growing e-commerce business, NEOLYMP is continuously improving its internal processes and expanding in-house capabilities, with a strong focus on building an internal design function and modern, AI-supported creative workflows.

Role Overview

In this position, you will handle all day-to-day graphic work independently and serve as the main point of contact for visual topics. You will implement briefs from the marketing and e-commerce teams on your own and work as a single contributor without team leadership or people management responsibilities. The emphasis is on independent execution and clean delivery rather than managing others.

Responsibilities

• Create high-converting Amazon listing assets independently, including product images, A+ content, and graphic modules, while translating marketing and e-commerce briefs into polished visuals.
• Produce creative assets using modern AI tools such as Midjourney and Firefly, then refine them in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom.
• Design visual content for the Shopify store, including shop banners and product sections, ensuring a consistent and premium brand presence across channels.
• Review competitors and target audiences, translate findings into effective design concepts, and turn them into compelling visual outputs.
• Take ownership of the graphics function as the central contact for visual matters and help develop the internal design setup along with AI-driven creative processes.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience creating AI-assisted content with tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, Freepik AI, or similar applications, along with an interest in trying new technologies.
• Strong design knowledge and confident use of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom; Blender skills are an added advantage.
• Experience in e-commerce environments such as Amazon or Shopify, or in performance marketing, with an understanding of how strong sales-oriented creatives are built.
• A structured and independent way of working, with the ability to turn briefs into finished visual packages reliably and without supervision.
• A strong sense for conversion-focused design, product presentation, and brand-appropriate visual communication.
• Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work well in interdisciplinary teams, contribute ideas proactively, and communicate openly and respectfully.
