Role Overview

The Sales team is pivotal in driving global customer growth by managing market segments from prospecting to activation. We are inviting ambitious graduates to join our Graduate Sales Programme as Sales Executives. This role offers an unparalleled entry point into a high-performance international team, providing the chance to deliver innovative financial solutions and forge meaningful client relationships.

You will begin with an intensive bootcamp featuring interactive workshops, lectures, and practical training to enhance your commercial and communication skills. Upon completion, you will engage with real clients to gain hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects through multiple channels, with a strong focus on cold calling.
• Formulate and implement effective lead-sourcing strategies by identifying key industry verticals, diversifying prospect pools, and maintaining consistent outreach.
• Manage your own sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing, account management, and maximizing upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinate customer relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and daily usage.
• Work autonomously to balance your efforts between prospecting, closing deals, and upselling, while leveraging internal resources and collaborating with your team.
• Utilize solution-based selling techniques to comprehend client needs and clearly convey Revolut’s value proposition.
• Develop expert knowledge of Revolut Business products, market positioning, and solutions supported by persuasive case studies.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent in both English and French.
• University graduate from the classes of 2024, 2025, or 2026.
• Outstanding verbal communication and phone articulation skills.
• Strong written communication skills, including proficient email and LinkedIn outreach capabilities.
• Eager to build a career within a dynamic, high-performance sales environment.
• Demonstrated interest in the financial sector.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from internships or roles within fast-paced, high-performance environments, involving strategic thinking, analytical responsibilities, or client-facing interactions.
