Key Responsibilities

- Identify and engage decision-makers, understand their business challenges, and secure qualified meetings for senior sales colleagues.
- Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for activity and appointments.
- Build strong knowledge of the company’s products, market developments, and competitors to stay credible in client conversations.
- Work in close partnership with Account Executives to ensure smooth handovers and shared success throughout the sales process.

- Persistence and resilience, with the ability to recover quickly from setbacks.
- High personal drive, initiative, and a genuine motivation to succeed.
- Clear, confident communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- A coachable, curious mindset with a willingness to learn and improve continuously.
- A solid work ethic and a track record of putting in extra effort to stand out.
What You Can Expect
- Incentive travel opportunities to destinations such as Las Vegas and Cancun.
- Access to an on-site gym at no extra cost.
- A personal development allowance to support growth in skills, career progression, and earning potential.
- Two paid volunteering days each year.
- Structured onboarding, practical mentoring, and regular support from experienced leaders.
