About the Company
This organisation is a property development and construction consultancy headquartered in central Dublin. Its teams oversee major, high-profile assignments across commercial offices, residential schemes, hospitality, and logistics projects for a range of clients.
Graduate Project Managers work alongside senior project managers and directors in a supportive setting designed to help accelerate professional growth.
Role Overview
In this position, you will support the delivery of large construction and real estate development projects from early feasibility and planning stages through to completion and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project managers and senior project managers by monitoring milestones, maintaining schedules, and preparing progress updates and reports.
- Facilitate communication between clients, design consultants, main contractors, and public-sector stakeholders to keep work coordinated.
- Assist with cost management, procurement, contract administration, and value engineering activities.
- Take part in site visits and design workshops to build practical knowledge of site operations and engineering issues.
- Gain exposure to contract administration duties on behalf of clients across standard contract forms, including Employer’s Representative responsibilities.
Candidate Profile
The employer is seeking a recent graduate with strong motivation and an interest in the commercial and strategic aspects of successful project delivery. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with confidence in asking questions and working with a range of personalities.
Relevant internship or placement experience with a main contractor, consultancy, or developer is beneficial, though not mandatory.
Qualifications
A Level 8 honours degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related built-environment subject is required. A master’s degree would be considered an advantage.
Offer and Working Arrangement
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Dublin 2 with a hybrid setup that combines office work, remote work, and site visits. The salary is described as a competitive graduate package with benefits.
Benefits include direct mentorship from senior leadership, early exposure to major projects, a flexible hybrid working model, and support toward professional chartership.
Application Note
Applicants who are eager to begin a career in a consultancy that values innovation, leadership, loyalty, hard work, and ambition are encouraged to submit their CV by email.
