- Draft reports for internal teams, clients and regulatory stakeholders.
- Partner with colleagues in Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance and Client Services.
- Take part in process improvement work and look for ways technology and automation can increase efficiency.
- Gain a solid understanding of financial markets, investment products and the regulatory landscape.
- Develop strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and external partners while maintaining high service standards.
Requirements

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, with careful attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness and a real interest in investment management and financial markets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal ability.
- Well-developed organisation skills and the ability to balance competing priorities.
- Comfort using Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis tools or financial systems is useful but not mandatory.
- A self-starting mindset, willingness to learn and confidence in taking responsibility for your work.
- Prior internship, placement or work experience is helpful but not essential.
Perks and benefits
- Competitive graduate pay with yearly performance reviews.
- Full sponsorship and study assistance for a recognised professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, FRM or another relevant accreditation.
- A structured graduate development path with formal learning and mentoring.
- Clear routes for progression, including chances to specialise or work across several business areas.
- Exposure to international markets, investment products and global clients.
- A collaborative and inclusive workplace that supports innovation, ongoing learning and career development.
