Graduate Development Programme Overview

Starting September 2025, the Viatris Graduate Development Programme aims to develop emerging leaders within the pharmaceutical sector. This two-year initiative offers graduates exposure to various business functions through structured rotations across multiple departments and locations, including manufacturing sites in Dublin, Cork, Galway, and the corporate office in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete three departmental rotations over two years in areas such as Production, Automation, Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and Operational Excellence.
• Engage in daily pharmaceutical operations and contribute to impactful projects.

• Recent or upcoming graduates holding an Honours degree (2.1 or higher) in STEM fields including Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.

• A strong interest in a pharmaceutical career path spanning areas such as Production, Engineering, Quality, Research & Development, or Supply Chain.
