Graduate Product Owner

About the Role

Join Car Planet Mega Centre based in Enfield as a Graduate Product Owner, working full-time Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, with a salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000. You'll engage with multiple well-established technology products integral to the dealership, logistics, AI communications, car buying, CRM, ecommerce, finance, and customer experience sectors.

• Products include AutoGrid (dealership operations), RoutePortal (logistics and route management), Audiofy (AI voice communications), Cardaddys (consumer car-buying website and CRM), and the Car Planet Website (vehicle retail and finance).

This role offers a unique opportunity for exposure across a broad portfolio rather than focusing on a single product area.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage workstreams and priorities across multiple technology products.
• Convert complex business challenges into precise product requirements.
• Maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritize development efforts.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, analysts, and operational teams.
• Thoroughly test new product features before deployment.
• Collect feedback directly from users and internal staff to refine products.
• Analyze product usage data, customer journeys, and conversion metrics to inform decisions.
• Enhance usability across internal systems including platforms, websites, and CRM tools.
• Identify and leverage AI, automation, and data opportunities within products.
• Lead projects from conception through to successful launch.
