Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by managing reservations, resolving inquiries, and building relationships with a wide variety of customers.
- Engage in sales and marketing activities by connecting with local business partners, expanding networking opportunities, and developing lasting professional relationships.
- Gain understanding of financial controls, including cost management and interpreting profit and loss statements to ensure business profitability.
- Handle operational and logistical tasks such as fleet management, strategic planning, and driving overall performance.
- Lead and support team development by mentoring, training, and managing colleagues with opportunities to promote and enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, although relevant professional experience may be considered as an alternative.
- A valid full manual driving license from the Republic of Ireland, UK, or EU is required. Accommodations are available for applicants unable to drive due to disabilities.
- No drug or alcohol-related driving offenses within the past five years are allowed on the candidate’s record.
