Role Overview
Penspen is looking for recent engineering graduates to join its Abu Dhabi team and support the wider UAE national talent development effort. This opportunity is aimed at fresh graduates from Process, Civil, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, and related engineering backgrounds.

Penspen is an established energy services business with more than 65 years of experience across engineering, project management, asset management, and integrity services for the global energy sector. The company was founded in the UK in 1954 as Spencer & Partners and now has close to 1,000 employees, with major offices in London, Mexico, Colombia, Houston, and Abu Dhabi.
Purpose of the Role
This engineering position is designed to assist the project and business teams with discipline-specific support as needed.
Training and Learning Areas
- Fundamental engineering concepts and practices
- Exposure to international codes, standards, and accepted industry methods
- Understanding the full design lifecycle, from concept development through detailed design
- Preparation of non-critical engineering design documentation
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should hold a bachelor's degree in Electronics or Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or a closely related specialization. A strong willingness to learn, openness to working in a multicultural environment, and familiarity with basic engineering processes are important for this role.

This role is based in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, and is a full-time onsite position.
