We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join our Napier office starting early 2027. Key Responsibilities & Work Environment

As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer, you will engage with challenging and varied geological conditions, performing work such as landslide risk assessments and ground investigations to support regional development. Your contributions will directly protect communities and their environments.

Candidate Profile

We seek highly motivated and passionate recent graduates or final-year students ready to launch their careers in a leading consultancy. Ideal candidates possess:

  • A Bachelor of Engineering (Honours), Master of Engineering, or PhD in Civil, Environmental, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field
  • A strong interest in geotechnical engineering
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for collaborative and innovative work environments
  • An inquisitive mindset with the ability to generate valuable solutions for clients
