Role Overview
This opportunity allows you to develop enterprise sales expertise by closely working alongside an experienced commercial leader. You will gain insights into senior executives' purchasing decisions, manage complex sales cycles, build relationships with top-level leadership such as Chairs, CEOs, and CFOs, promote SaaS solutions to large organizations, and cultivate trusted board-level partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Enterprise Director in managing significant client relationships and strategic opportunities.
- Participate in meetings with senior executives and governance professionals, documenting crucial insights and follow-ups.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client challenges, priorities, and decision-making frameworks.
- Prepare research, briefing notes, agendas, and materials for client engagements.
- Ensure all client interactions demonstrate professionalism and quality expected at senior leadership levels.
- Manage and track follow-up actions post client meetings to maintain sales momentum.
- Draft communication, meeting summaries, and prepare necessary client documents.
- Maintain oversight on actions, timelines, and stakeholders throughout complex sales cycles to improve efficiency.
- Keep CRM records precise and current, including contacts, activities, and next steps.
- Support sales pipelines, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, approvals, and coordinate cross-functional efforts among Sales, Legal, Finance, Consulting, and Customer teams.
- Conduct research on target companies, senior stakeholders, and market trends to aid account strategy and planning.
- Understand Enterprise buying groups and influence networks to support strategic engagement.
- Continuously expand knowledge of Board Intelligence’s product offerings and market position.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent organizational skills with capacity to handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity or experience with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
- Keen interest in building a career in enterprise sales, consulting, or managing strategic client relationships.
- Exposure to professional environments or senior stakeholders preferred.
