Graduate Programme

Graduates are entrusted with personal deliverables, client interactions, and diverse project involvement to develop technical competencies.
Role Focus - Ecology
The Ecology team, with over three decades of award-winning expertise, specializes in ecological surveys, habitat assessments, biodiversity strategies, environmental net gain design, and related licensing. You will contribute to conducting ecological surveys, preliminary ecological appraisals, biodiversity enhancement plans, and license applications. Site responsibilities include supervising mitigation efforts, overseeing construction, and monitoring habitats and species.
Qualifications and Candidate Profile
- Must be graduating in 2025 or have recently completed a master's or bachelor's degree with at least a 2:2 classification in Ecology, Biological Sciences, Wildlife Conservation, or any degree accredited by the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM).

- Possess strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively apply your technical expertise to influence and advise stakeholders.
- Preparedness to travel and stay away from home as projects require, with virtual working options when feasible.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence.
