Role and Responsibilities

As a Graduate Urban Designer within a distinguished team of architects and designers, you will contribute to advancing architectural innovation and sustainable urban solutions. Your assignments will involve a variety of projects including smart urban environment planning, as well as lifestyle-driven commercial, educational, healthcare, retail, mixed-use, and public sector developments, aiming to foster positive environmental and social impacts.

Specifically, your role includes collaborating on master planning and urban design projects for both UK-based and international clients across public and private sectors. You will participate in urban regeneration projects, support project deliverables and reporting, and engage closely with multidisciplinary teams. Professional mentorship will guide you in gaining practical knowledge and advancing your expertise through hands-on experience.

Candidate Qualifications and Experience

• Holders or expected graduates (2025) of a BA, BSc, MA or MSc in Architecture, Urban Design, or Landscape Architecture with at least a 2:2 degree classification.
• Competencies sought include resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Outstanding communication abilities with aptitude to leverage technical expertise to influence and consult with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home when necessary, with virtual work arrangements embraced where feasible.
