We are looking for a Graduate Consultant to join our thriving Sustainable Finance team supporting projects across APAC. This role offers the chance to work on diverse engagements with both national and multinational clients in the sustainability field. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Environmental & Social (E&S) Due Diligence in emerging markets, including tracking and monitoring action plans.
  • Act as client representatives during investment decisions, integrating sustainability considerations and client requirements into our advisory services.
  • Continuously seek innovative and more efficient methods for project execution and service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A university degree in relevant disciplines such as Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Urban Development, Social Sciences, Anthropology, Sustainable Development, or Law.
  • Understanding of ESG frameworks like IFC Performance Standards, World Bank Group Environmental Health and Safety Guidelines, Equator Principles, and ADB Environmental and Social Framework.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English; additional Asian languages (e.g., Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Russian) are advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
  • Willingness to travel for fieldwork as necessary.
  • Strong analytical skills enabling assessment and interpretation of technical data and advising on associated risks and commercial impacts with practical recommendations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively across cultures and regions.
  • A passion for sustainability, risk management, and creating value through opportunities.
  • Self-driven with determination, focus, and autonomous learning ability.
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and working in fast-paced project environments.
  • Legal authorization to work in Singapore as a citizen or permanent resident.
