Role overview

Fresha is hiring a Graduate Commercial Associate to support its continued growth. The role reports to the Head of Sales for Europe and works closely with the Commercial team and potential partners, with a strong focus on generating new business.

This opportunity suits someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment, works well independently, welcomes challenge, and wants to make a measurable impact. The position is office-based in London and requires attendance five days a week in a dog-friendly workplace at The Bower, The Tower, 207 Old St, London, EC1V 9NR.

Key responsibilities

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and related KPIs.
  • Reach out to key decision-makers through phone, email, and social channels to win new business, with occasional in-person meetings where appropriate.
  • Pitch, demonstrate, and sell products and services to both prospective and existing partners.
  • Manage the full sales journey from prospecting through to closing deals.
  • Carry out cost-benefit and needs assessments with current and potential partners to ensure the solution aligns with their commercial goals.
  • Work with internal teams to create a smooth partner experience.
  • Share insight on market movement and industry trends.
  • Act as a primary commercial contact for partners.
  • Take on additional duties as required.

What Fresha is looking for

  • At least 1 year of strong B2B sales experience with a proven record of success.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly preferred.
  • A self-starter who can build relationships and prospect effectively.
  • Strong organisation, multitasking, prioritisation, and time-management ability.
  • A naturally curious mindset with a willingness to keep learning and developing.
  • Bonus: fluency in English plus another language.
  • Bonus: previous exposure to the beauty and wellness industry.

Interview process

  • Initial screening call with a member of the Talent team, lasting 30 minutes.
  • Skills and experience interview with Team Leads, lasting 30 minutes.
  • In-person presentation with Team Leads and the General Manager for the UK & Ireland, lasting 60 minutes.

Additional information

Fresha aims to complete the interview process and provide feedback within 2 weeks. Applications are reviewed manually by the Talent team, and while the target is to assess candidates within 7 days, high application volumes may sometimes extend this timeframe.
