Training and Career Path

The position begins with a structured three-week training phase designed to equip you with the necessary skills to succeed. As part of the Pay Systems team, you will gain expertise in Datacom's payroll and SaaS products, including the Datascape ERP solution tailored for local government, along with other payroll and HR software like Datapay and Smartly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll queries and provide client support under senior consultant supervision.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Participate in product-related and skill development training sessions.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify potential growth and sales opportunities.

This position suits individuals aiming to cultivate a client-facing career within financial services. Recent graduates in finance, business, or commerce, or those with some banking or finance experience, are encouraged to apply.
